RESERVATION POLICY

Adel Family Fun Center is a customer-driven facility. While we do welcome walk-in guests and groups, we do encourage folks to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

General Reservation Policy

Though we encourage our guests to make a reservation with as much notice as possible, we know that is hard sometimes. We do not accept any same-day reservations. Reservations must be made with at least a 24 hours notice. Reservations can be made online.

Large Party Reservations

Large parties (10 or more) are difficult to accommodate on weekend nights without a reservation; however, we will try our hardest to make things work. Please, make a reservation at least 48 hours prior to your outing, so we can keep your group together on the lanes.

Reservation Timing Policy

We know things come up, but please be courteous of your reservation time. Chances are, there is another group scheduled to come in after you. Your reservation will be held for 20 minutes. If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 20 minutes after your reservation time, we will mark your reservation as a no-show or cancellation.
